Rackspace.com illegally gave Indymedia servers to FBI

Vnunet.com has the latest on the Indymedia/FBI saga. Apparently Rackspace (a web-hosting company) handed over servers that hosted Indymedia’s websites to the FBI when the subpeona from the FBI only requested the log files. Slight oversight.
